Revive Health Center and Spa is located at the intersection of Hickory Rd and Hwy 140,
across the street from Bruster's Ice Cream. We are not in the Kroger Shopping Plaza.
FOR YOUR COMFORT
All services include complimentary beverages.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to prepare for services. Late arrivals will not receive an extension of time for services and may be asked to reschedule.
Our massage therapy sessions are one hour in length. This time includes a 5 minute initial consultation, 50 minutes of hands-on time, and 5 minutes at the end for you to re-dress.
We request that you disclose any medical conditions and/or prescription medications you are taking as some services may be contra-indicated.
For our guests' consideration, we request that mobile phones and pagers be turned off.
Please be assured that your safety is our ultimate goal. All spa materials and equipment have been sanitized for each individual client.
For your comfort of our guests, smoking is not permitted.
We request that you leave all jewelry and other valuables at home as Revive Day Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
At Revive Day Spa, we understand that you expect - and deserve - the very best. In fairness to our guests, for safety purposes and in accordance with state laws, children under the age of 12 are not permitted without an appointment and may not wait in the lobby unless supervised by an adult. This will give you a chance to do what you wanted to do... time time for yourself and relax. You deserve it! CANCELLATIONS / CHANGES / RESCHEDULING
Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, we require a minimum 24-hour notice, and a 48-hour notice for any package or multiple services. 72-hours notice is required for spa parties. We reserve the right to charge 50% of the service for cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice. Gift cards will be reduced to half value. No shows will be charged 100% of the service fee. A credit card or gift certificate is required when scheduling spa services.
Gift card must be presented at the time of your service to redeem it. Failure to provide gift card will require payment in another form.
Gift cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Our gift cards are good for one year from the date of purchase. Expired gift cards can be reactivated for a 15% reactivation fee.
Gift cards are Non-Refundable. You may use the value of your gift card toward a different spa service or for spa merchandise.
Gift cards may not be used for injectables, permanent makeup or health center services.
SPA PRODUCTS AND RETURNS
We cannot accept returns for opened, used or unsealed creams, lotions, makeup, vitamins or pillows.
Returns are not accepted after 14 days.
In Store Return Policy: Within 14 days (w/receipt): Jewelry in excellent, unworn condition with tags attached may be returned. Customer will receive an in store credit or exchange. No cash, credit or debit card refunds will be issues. All clearance items are final sale. *All exchanges: customer is responsible for any price differences.
Tipping is always left to the discretion of our guests. Gratuity not included.
